An east-west economic corridor affecting Scandinavia, the Baltic Countries and Russia as a complement to the north-south corridors now being developed in the Baltic sea region – strengthening the Trans-European Network (TEN-T) and realised by enhanced conditions for infrastructure development best suited to give impetus to sustainable economic growth in the „Baltic Tangent regions”.
